  1. Extend right hand straight out and pull left hand to belt palm up; step left leg out into a straddle stance; open the ready hand and press straight out rotating palm over while pulling the other hand to the belt.

  2. Punch with the ready hand; punch again with the other hand.

  3. Step left foot to right foot; step right foot out to straddle stance; open ready hand palm up and press straight out rotating palm over while pulling other hand to the belt. 

  4. Punch with ready hand; punch again with the other hand.

  5. Fold punching arm on bottom; pivot the hips into a fore-balance aiming diagonally; block.

  6. Aim; offensive front kick setting down in front.

  7. Punch with the ready hand; punch again with other hand.

  8. Fold ready hand on bottom; step front foot over into a fore-balance aiming diagonally; block.

  9. Aim; offensive front kick setting down in front.

  10. Punch with ready hand; punch again with other hand.

  11. Fold ready hand on top in a chop; step front foot forward into a fore-balance; press out while pulling the other hand to the belt.

  12. Open the ready hand and scoop under the pressing hand while pulling the pressing hand back to the belt; punch with the ready hand.

  13. Fold ready hand on top in a chop; step into fore-balance; press out while pulling the other hand to belt.

  14. Open ready hand and scoop under pressing hand while pulling the pressing hand back to belt; punch with the ready hand.

  15. Step into fore-balance; punch.

  16. Bring back leg up and around (facing right) to knife-in-palm. 

  17. Defensive side kick; set down in fore-balance.

  18. Rear elbow strike (kiyap).

  19. Beginning of the 2nd half Bring front foot back (facing left) to knife-in-palm.

  20. Defensive side kick; set down in fore-balance.

  21. Rear elbow strike.

  22. Fold for open hand box block on front leg; step the back leg up to the left into back-balance; open hand box block.

  23. Aim (keeping the aiming hand open while pulling the ready hand to the belt); step into fore-balance; spear thrust.

  24. Fold for an open hand box block on the back leg; make a full right turn with the front leg into a back-balance; open hand box block.

  25. Aim (keeping the aiming hand open while pulling the ready hand to the belt); step into fore-balance; spear thrust.

  26. Fold striking hand on top; make a small left turn with the front foot into a fore-balance; fore-arm block with the top arm (palm out); punch with the ready hand.

  27. Fold punching hand on top; step into a fore-balance; fore-arm block with the top arm (palm out); punch with the ready hand.

  28. Fold punching arm on bottom; jump with the back foot then step with lead foot landing with right knee behind left (both knees bent); back fist (kiyap).

  29. Fold for twin fist on the front hip; do a small spin to the right; step into fore-balance with the right leg; twin fist block.

  30. Fold for twin fist on the front hip; step right foot to left foot; step left foot out into fore-balance; twin fist block (kiyap).
