  1. Starting Position Feet together; knees bent; left hand grabs the right fist (chin level)** Fold for box block on the right leg; step left foot out into back-balance; box block.

  2. Chop across the front arm with the back arm.

  3. Aim with the chopping hand (fist) while pulling other hand to the belt at the same time slide the front foot slightly back; step front foot out into a straddle stance; punch. 

  4. Fold for box block on the left leg; step left foot to right foot; step right foot out into back-balance; box block.

  5. Chop across the front arm with the back arm.

  6. Aim with the chopping hand (fist) while pulling other hand to the belt at the same time slide the front foot slightly back; step front foot out into a straddle stance; punch. 

  7. Pull right foot to left foot; pivot the body (facing right); fold knife in palm on back hip.

  8. Defensive side kick; set down into a back-balance.

  9. Open hand block.

  10. Fold for open hand on the front side; step into back-balance; open hand block.

  11. Fold for open hand on the front side; step into back-balance; open hand block.

  12. Aim (keeping the front hand open while pulling the back hand to the hip); step into fore-balance; spear thrust (kiyap).

  13. Beginning of the 2nd half  Fold for a box block on the front leg; make a small left turn with the back foot into a back-balance; box block.

  14. Chop across the front arm with the back arm.

  15. Aim with the back hand (fist) at the same time slide the front foot slightly back; step front foot out into a straddle stance; punch. 

  16. Fold for box block on the left leg; step left foot to right foot; step right foot out into a back-balance; box block.

  17. Chop across the front arm with the back arm.

  18. Aim with the back hand (fist) at the same time slide the front foot slightly back; step front foot out into a straddle stance; punch.

  19. Step the right foot to the left foot.

  20. Step the left foot out into a fore-balance; scoop block with the hand that is out; aim.

  21. Offensive front kick; set down into a fore-balance; punch with the ready hand.

  22. Scoop block with the punching hand; aim; offensive front kick; set down into a fore-balance.

  23. Punch with the ready hand.

  24. Step up and around with the back foot to the front foot; pivot the body (facing left); fold knife in palm on the back hip.

  25. Defensive side kick; set down into a back-balance.

  26. Open hand block.

  27. Fold for a closed sudo on the front side; make a small left turn with the back foot into a back-balance; closed sudo block.

  28. Fold for a closed sudo on the front side; step the left foot to the right foot; step the right foot out into a back-balance; closed sudo block (kiyap).
