  1. Fold left arm on top; step to the left into a fore-balance; fore-arm block with the top arm (palm out).

  2. Punch with the ready hand.

  3. Fold the punching arm on top; take a small half step with the front foot to the right; take a small half step with the back foot to the left; pivot the body into a fore-balance; fore-arm block with the top arm (palm out).

  4. Punch with the ready hand.

  5. Fold for an open hand on right side; step the back foot forward into a back-balance; open hand block.

  6. Aim (keeping the aiming hand open while pulling the ready hand to the belt); step into a fore-balance; spear thrust (kiyap).

  7. Turn the thumb down; make a full turn with the back leg (ending left leg in front) into a fore-balance while tucking the striking hand behind the back; back-fist.

  8. Fold the ready hand on the top; step into a fore-balance; back fist.
