        Repeat To Opposite Side

#2 – Left Inside Block, Rear Palm Strike To Nose, Rear Elbow Strike To Nose

        Repeat To Opposite Side

#3 – Right Outside Block, Defensive Spin Kick To Body, Left Punch To Head

        Repeat To Opposite Side

#4 – Left Inside Block, Punch To Body, Palm Strike To Nose, Elbow Strike To Nose,

        Grab, Rear Knee Strike to Groin or Body

        Repeat To Opposite Side

#5 – (Open Stance) Right Defensive Side Kick, Turn Back Kick, Back Fist

        Repeat to Opposite Side

#6 – Left Inside Block, Right Punch To Body, Right Leg Knee Strike, Right Leg

        Take Down (With Control), Two Right Punches to Head

        Then Left Leg Applying Wrist and Arm Lock, Left Hook Kick, Left Back Fist
