  1. Starting Position   Feet together; knees bent; open left hand covering open right hand ** Lift right hand straight out and pull left hand to the belt palm up; step left leg out into a straddle stance; press straight out while pulling the other hand to the belt (four second press).

  2. Punch with the ready hand; punch with the other hand.

  3. Fold for a box block on the left leg; shift the right leg into a back-balance; box block.

  4. Chop across the front hand with the back hand.

  5. Aim with the chopping hand (fist) while pulling other hand to the belt; pull the front foot slightly back; step front foot out into a straddle stance; punch to the body. 

  6. Bring right foot to left foot (creating an L with the feet); circular chop with the right hand.

  7. Aim; step left foot to the right into fore-balance; punch.

  8. Fold punching hand on top for lower block; make a small left turn with the front foot into fore-balance; lower block.

  9. Aim; step into fore-balance; punch.

  10. Bring left foot to right foot (facing left); fold for knife-in-hand on the left hip.

  11. Defensive side kick; set down into back-balance.

  12. Open hand block.

  13. Aim; step into fore-balance; punch.

  14. Aim; step into fore-balance; punch (kiyap).

  15. Beginning of the 2nd half  Fold for open hand on the front side; make a small left turn with the back leg into back-balance; open hand block.

  16. Aim (keeping the aiming hand open while pulling the ready hand to the belt); step into fore-balance; spear thrust.

  17. Quickly slide the back foot over and pivot body into back-balance; open hand block.

  18. Offensive spin kick.

  19. Offensive spin kick; set down into back-balance.

  20. Open hand block.

  21. Fold blocking hand on top for lower block; step the front foot over into fore-balance; lower block.

  22. Slide the front foot over into back-balance; cross punch.

  23. Step into back-balance; cross punch.

  24. Step into back-balance; cross punch.

  25. Fold for an x-block on the right hip; step the front foot over into fore-balance; low x-block.

  26. Grab the right fist with the left hand; offensive outside to inside crescent kick.

  27. Set down into a back-balance rear elbow strike (kiyap).

  28. Slide front foot around to back foot (facing left); double block three times.

  29. Fold for open hand on the right side; step left foot out into back-balance; open hand block.

  30. Fold for open hand on the front side; step left foot to right foot; step right foot out into back-balance; open hand block (kiyap).
