  1. Starting Position  Feet together; knees bent; left hand grabs the right fist (solar plexus level)** Fold left arm on bottom in a chop; step to the left into back-balance; inverted chop.

  2. Pull front foot slightly back; defensive front kick.

  3. Step into back-balance; palm strike to the groin.

  4. Fold striking hand on bottom in a chop; make a full right turn with the front foot into a back-balance; inverted chop.

  5. Pull front foot slightly back; defensive front kick.

  6. Step into back-balance; palm strike to the groin.

  7. Fold for an open hand on the right side; step front leg forward into a back-balance; open hand.

  8. Grab with the blocking hand while pulling the ready hand to the belt; step front foot over into fore-balance; inverted elbow strike.

  9. Fold for open hand on the front side; step into back-balance; open hand.

  10. Grab with the blocking hand while pulling the ready hand to the belt; step front foot over into fore-balance; inverted elbow strike.

  11. Pull striking hand down to the belt.

  12. Step into a fore-balance; double punch to the head.

  13. Step into a fore-balance; inverted double punch to the body (kiyap).

  14. Beginning of the 2nd half  Cross right hand over left hand; take a small half step with the front foot to the left; take a small half step with the back foot to the right; pivot the body into fore-balance; high x-block.

  15. Fold left hand on bottom; make a small left turn with the front foot into back-balance; side block.

  16. Pull the front foot slightly back while pulling the blocking hand to the hip; step front foot out into fore-balance; inverted punch to the body with the front arm; punch to the head with the ready hand.

  17. Fold punching arm on bottom; step left foot to right foot; step right foot out into back-balance; side block.

  18. Pull the front foot slightly back while pulling the blocking hand to the hip; step front foot out into fore-balance; inverted punch to the body with the front arm; punch to the head with the ready hand.

  19. Fold for twin fist on the front hip; step right foot to left foot; step left foot out into fore-balance; twin fist block.

  20. Aim with the ready hand (fist) while pulling other hand to the belt; slide the front foot slightly back; step front foot out into a straddle stance; punch. 

  21. Fold knife-in-palm on the front hip.

  22. Offensive side kick; set down into fore-balance.

  23. Twin fist block.

  24. Aim with the ready hand (fist) while pulling other hand to the belt; slide the front foot slightly back; step front foot out into a straddle stance; punch. 

  25. Fold knife-in-palm on the front hip.

  26. Offensive side kick; set down into back-balance.

  27. Closed sudo block.

  28. Step front foot over into fore-balance; dynamic press.

  29. Fold for a closed sudo on the front side; step into a back-balance; closed sudo block.

  30. Step front foot over into fore-balance; dynamic press.

  31. Bring front foot to back foot (facing right); hook punch aiming forward.

  32. Fold knife-in-palm on left hip; step right leg out into back-balance; double palm strike.

  33. Fold knife-in-palm on front hip; bring front foot to back foot; step left leg out into back-balance; double palm strike (kiyap).
