  1. Starting Position – Feet together; knees bent; open left hand covering open right hand **  Fold right arm on bottom in a chop.

  2. Step left foot over right foot; step right foot out into straddle stance; head grab with right arm while pulling left hand to the belt.

  3. Elbow strike with left arm into right hand.

  4. Fold knife in palm on right hip.

  5. Lower block to left side with left hand.

  6. Hook punch with right arm while pulling left hand to the belt.

  7. Fold right arm underneath left arm.

  8. Step right foot over left foot; step left foot out into a straddle stance; block with right arm.

  9. Reach under right arm with left arm and grab.

  10. Pull left arm back to hip then back fist over right arm.

  11. Bring left foot to the inside of right leg taking both arms slightly to the right; bring left foot back to original position along with arms; snap left fist, palm out.

  12. Bring right foot to the inside of left leg taking both arms slightly to the left; bring right foot back to original position along with arms; snap left fist, palm in.  
  13. Fold knife in palm on the right hip.

  14. Double punch to the left (kiyap).  

  15. Beginning of the 2nd half Fold left arm on bottom in a chop.

  16. Head grab with left arm while pulling right hand to the belt.

  17. Elbow strike with right arm into left hand.

  18. Fold knife in palm on the left hip.

  19. Lower block to the right side with right hand.

  20. Hook punch with left arm while pulling right hand to the belt.

  21. Fold left arm underneath right arm.

  22. Step left foot over right foot; step right foot out into straddle stance; block with left arm.

  23. Reach under left arm with right arm and grab.

  24. Pull right arm back to hip then back fist over left arm.

  25. Bring right foot to the inside of the left leg taking both arms slightly to the left; bring right foot back to original position along with arms; snap right fist, palm out.

  26. Bring left foot to the inside of right leg taking both arms slightly to the right; bring left foot back to original position along with arms; snap right fist, palm in.

  27. Fold knife in palm on the left hip.

  28. Double punch to the right (kiyap).
